Six research projects using mRNA will receive funding under the MRFF’s .
This investment will support:
- a new mRNA vaccine that prevents urinary tract infections by teaching the body’s immune system to recognise and fight E. coli
- infrastructure that develops, tests and evaluates mRNA therapies and vaccines that prevent cancer.
