Today marks the completion of the Tasmania’s Government’s 2nd 100 day plan with all 120 commitments delivered.
Premier Jeremy Rockliff said today is a landmark day for our Government
“Not only have we delivered the 120 commitments we made, we have delivered 298 additional initiatives,” Premier Rockliff said.
“And we are not taking our foot off the pedal.
“Tomorrow we will announce our third 100 day to deliver for Tasmania.”
The 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania’s Future is all about taking action on the things that matter most to Tasmanians like cost of living, health, housing and education.
“Over the past 200 days our Government has been delivering on the things that matter most for Tasmanians, including employing more doctors, nurses, paramedics and GPs; increasing funding for Neighbourhood Houses; delivering more social and affordable homes; and investing in job-ready training for the tourism and hospitality industry,” Premier Rockliff said.
“The Government has hit the ground running in its first 200 days, delivering in total 683 commitments to Tasmanians, and we’re just getting started.
“Our third 100 day plan will continue to take action on the things that matter most to Tasmanians, including opening our new $1 million Ticket to Wellbeing program, introduce legislation to establish Development Assessment Panels, launch the new $5 million Events Attraction Fund, and work with the Devonport City Council to support development at Stony Rise.”
