Despite some of the toughest business conditions in Australia’s history, CFM Air Conditioning has remained quality oriented and completely committed to their staff – now, among other recent accolades, they’ve just been announced 2022 Casey Business of the Year.
City of Casey Chair of Administrators Noelene Duff PSM is thrilled that CFM Air Conditioning’s investments into their staff are paying off.
Ms Duff said, “Among a field of high-achieving local businesses, CFM Air Conditioning stood out to the judges for their innovation through adversity by promoting from within, investing in their team’s skills and rewarding those whose workload had increased.
“It’s an inspiring example of how crucial your staff members are to the success of any organisation and how sound investments into their advancement and wellbeing can return ten-fold.” added Ms Duff.
“The judges were also incredibly impressed to see a business with a female CEO thriving in a traditionally male dominated industry,” added Ms Duff.
At the awards ceremony on 10 November 2022 at Bunjil Place, another two businesses and one business leader were recognised for their business excellence and contribution to the wider business community.
