During his welcome address, Masu began by warmly welcoming the students to the Tokyo Tech community. He encouraged his audience to boldly pursue their own initiatives while taking advantage of the latest facilities and opportunities offered by the Institute. Masu also invited students to explore their entrepreneurial potential, and reminded them that the highly anticipated merger with Tokyo Medical and Dental University will create “increased collaborations and possibilities for all of you to explore.”
