The 2023 Wyndham Business Awards, a Council initiative that recognises business excellence and celebrates local business entrepreneurs, innovators and hardworking operators, is on again in 2023.
The Wyndham Business Awards highlight achievements of businesses and business leaders and provides a unique opportunity for businesses of all types and sizes to be recognised for their hard work, dedication and commitment to their customers and community.
Held annually, the program is in its 27th year and has grown to become one of the largest in the State and is proudly presented by Wyndham City Council in partnership with its valued sponsors. Entries open on Tuesday 2 May 2023.
Wyndham City’s Future Focused Economy portfolio holder Cr Mia Shaw said: “This year’s Wyndham Business Awards is a highlight of the year for our business community and showcases the amazing array of talent and skill of businesses in Wyndham.”
“This year includes some new awards, to reflect the progressive business landscape – the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for under 18’s and an Excellence Award in Local Community.”
There are 15 categories that recognise the diversity in our business community from start-ups, social enterprises to large employers and excellence in sustainability, diversity and inclusion, innovation and technology.
“We encourage all businesses in Wyndham to enter the awards and have the opportunity to be recognized for your hard work and achievements,” Cr Shaw said.
“The 2023 Wyndham Business Awards gala will be held on Friday 1 September 2023 at Encore Events Centre and will be a fabulous night of celebration, entertainment and networking.”
Entries close 5pm, Tuesday 13 June 2023 for the Business Awards.
