The first round of Trainees were welcomed this year, with six individuals enjoying an opportunity to work and study, with a Certificate III in Business at the end of their 12-month stint.
The class of 2024 included a focus on a change of career, school leavers and career starters.

What’s involved in the Trainee Program?
The program offers six candidates learning and development, as well as the opportunity to expand their personal and professional capabilities, while building confidence in a career.
Successful participants will secure a full-time position for a 12-month period, receiving comprehensive support to learn and grow within the role. The trainee will be assigned to one of our professional departments, from anywhere between Community Strengthening to Climate Change.
Trainees will be paid while they work and study, receiving a formal and recognised qualification. You will be based at one of our major sites in either Hastings, Mornington or Rosebud.
All roles will be office based.
