Notice is hereby given that under Section 27 of the Local Law No 1 (Administration) 2016, the below mentioned vehicles which are suspected by the Cairns Regional Council of being abandoned and which Council has detained at its McCoombe Street vehicle yard, 145-153 McCoombe Street, Bungalow, will be sold by Public Auction at 10am on Tuesday 3 March 2020 and vehicles will be available for inspection from 9am on the day of the auction. - Payment must be made directly after the auction at the Cairns Regional Council McCoombe St Pound Depot, 145-161 McCoombe and no payment after the auction date will be accepted.
- Cash and EFTPOS accepted.
- Release of the vehicles purchased is Tuesday immediately after the auction for 2hrs and Wednesday 10:00am-1.00pm on the week of the auction
- Covered shoes must be worn.
- No children under 12 allowed in the impound yard.
- No smoking permitted in the impound yard.
