The ACCC has granted authorisation to GEMPASS Australia Limited (GEMPASS Australia) and its members to continue to make and give effect to contracts, arrangements and understandings whereby it operates the Graduate Entry Medical School Admissions System, pursuant to which graduate medical school applicants submit one application to GEMPASS Australia and GEMPASS Australia manages the application process for all of its members.
The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation until 14 November 2034, as sought.
