All ACT Government turf sportsgrounds remain closed for training today, Friday 13 May 2022. Match play is unaffected and can proceed. Sportsgrounds will re-open tomorrow, Saturday 14 May 2022, for training and match play.
Closures today include turf sportsgrounds but exclude the Melrose and Nicholls synthetic fields and the Woden athletics track.
The decision to close for training today has been taken in order to minimise damage to turf surfaces after heavy rainfall yesterday and overnight.
