MidCoast Council is hosting an all-abilities colour run at Taree Rec Grounds on Saturday 7 December from 9am to 12pm to celebrate International Day of People with a Disability.
The event is based at the Taree Rec Ground behind the Hockey Centre.
The colour run will begin at 10am, followed by a free BBQ lunch at 11am provided by Rotary.
The run will go around the Criterium Track which is 1.2km long.
You can walk, skip, run, wheel or hop around once, or as many times as you like.
There will be 5 colour stations. If you don’t like coloured powder, you can skip these and go through the bubble stations and obstacles around the track.
Come and enjoy the fun at this free all-ages family event.
There will be sunscreen and water available. Please bring your own snacks. We recommend wearing a hat and bringing a chair or a picnic blanket.
Ngarralinyi radio station will be there to provide music throughout the event.
