The train at Myrtle Road playground has been an imaginative play space for locals and Hampton Community Kindergarten families for many years. As part of Bayside’s , we’ve upgraded the old train.
Designed with neutral tones to integrate with the natural landscape of the park, the new train includes a front engine with two additional connected carriages, two slides, a balance beam, a climbing wall, multiple sensory play elements, some shade cover, and a new, separate rocker. The existing swings, picnic table and shade structure have been retained.
