With CRDC’s Executive Director Dr Ian Taylor stepping down from his role later this month, we are pleased to advise that our General Manager, Innovation Allan Williams will be our Acting ED while recruitment is underway.
To assist Allan and the team, Innovation Broker Dr Meredith Conaty will be our A/General Manager, Innovation during this period.
Congratulations also to Ruth Redfern, who has today been promoted to General Manager, Communications & Extension. Ruth will head up a new team within CRDC focused on communications, cotton’s extension program CottonInfo, and impact reporting, with support from CottonInfo Communications Lead Megan Woodward and two new team members: a CottonInfo Program Lead and a Monitoring & Evaluation Manager. Recruitment for these positions will commence shortly.
