Thirty people have now been charged following an extensive investigation into a riot outside a church in Sydney’s southwest in April this year.
Strike Force Dribs was established to investigate the large-scale public order incident which occurred in Wakeley on Monday 15 April 2024.
On Friday 14 June 2024, police issued a media release calling for the public’s assistance to identify seven persons of interest, with their images assigned a specific letter(s).
Today (Monday 17 June 2024), an 18-year-old man was arrested at Fairfield Police Station.
He was charged with riot and destroy/damage property and public disorder.
He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today (17 June 2024).
As investigations under Strike Force Dribs continue, police are renewing an appeal for information to help identify a further six men who police believed can assist with inquiries.
