Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south west.
Pedro Vidal, aged 72, was last seen on Blackwood Crescent, Macquarie Fields, about 11am today (Friday 12 July 2024).
When he could not be located, officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as Pedro requires daily medical treatment and lives with dementia.
Pedro is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, and about 170cm tall, with a thin build, grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a light blue hooded jumper, black pants and black shoes.
Pedro was believed to last seen walking towards Glenquarie Shopping Centre on Victoria Road and is believed to still be in the Macquarie Fields area.
