Traffic Enforcement Group officers are investigating a serious traffic crash that occurred Canning Highway near the intersection of Cunningham Street in Applecross last night, Friday 10 January 2020.
Just before 7pm, a black Kawasaki motorcycle travelling east along Canning Highway collided with a red Mitsubishi Outlander that had turned from Cunningham Street onto Canning Highway.
The 29-year-old female rider of the Kawasaki motorcycle received serious injuries in the crash and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment. The 40-year-old female driver of the Outlander received minor injuries.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen the crash, or either vehicle prior to the crash, or who may have dash-cam vision of the crash, to come forward.
