Armed Crime Squad detectives are appealing for information following a brazen armed robbery at a Melton gaming venue last year.
Detectives have released CCTV vision of the wanted man, who was armed with what is believed to be a 20 to 30cm knife, jump over the counter-top of the High Street venue on Tuesday 27 November about 3pm.
The man spoke to a nearby attendant simply stating that he was taking the till, before making off with an amount of cash.
Investigators believe the man ran from the venue, leaving the same way he entered, via Smith Street.
He was last seen running into McKenzie Street.
No one was injured during the incident.
Investigators have also released still images of the man who can be described as Caucasian in appearance, aged about 30 to 40 years-old with a medium build.
The man is believed to have a tattoo inked on the outside of his left calf, which is visible in the footage.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a white cap inscribed with black writing, sunglasses, a bandana or similar to cover his face, a black hooded jumper, blue shorts and grey and green runners.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the man or with information about the incident to come forward.
Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers Victoria on 1800 333 000 or log onto
