Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Ashendon, on Tuesday 16 January 2024.
About 4.30pm, a Scania truck driving north on Albany Highway and a Yamaha motorcycle travelling south on Albany Highway were involved in a collision.
The 32-year-old male rider of the motorcycle died at the scene and the 30-year-old male driver of the truck was not injured
Major Crash investigators are conducting an examination of the scene and are appealing for any witnesses to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report the information online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
