Global law firm Ashurst has advised Atlas Merchant Capital on an investment in relation to Cover Genius’ US$75m series D funding round.
Atlas Merchant Capital is a global investment fund focussing on financial services. Cover Genius is a global tech insurance business. The latest funding round brings on Atlas as an investor, alongside Dawn Capital and Sompo Holdings (Asia), and several smaller investors.
The Ashurst team was led by London corporate transactions partner Markjan van Schaardenburgh with support from corporate associate Juan Casal.
