Ashurst Advises Nexsphere on Bass Offshore Wind Energy Joint Venture

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Australian renewable energy developer Nexsphere on its collaboration and joint venture with international energy company Equinor to the Bass Offshore Wind Energy (BOWE) project in Bass Strait, Tasmania.

The BOWE project will be based 30 kilometres off the coast of north-eastern Tasmania and will take advantage of Tasmania’s significant offshore wind resources.
