Global law firm Ashurst has advised Team Thrive Pty Ltd (Thriday) in respect of its Pre-Series A capital raising led by NAB Ventures.
Thriday is the developer of an all-in-one financial management platform for sole traders and small businesses which attaches to a transactional bank account which can automate quotations, invoices and accounting.
The Ashurst team was led by partner Stuart Dullard, with assistance from senior associate Tom McCann and associate Rebecca Karpin (Corporate Transactions).
