Global law firm Ashurst has appointed banking litigation and investigations expert Philip Linton as a partner in its Disputes & Investigations practice based in London.
Philip joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director and led the firm’s EMEA Litigation and Contentious Regulatory team. Philip has worked at Goldman Sachs for the past 12 years.
