Ashurst continues to grow European corporate practice with partner hire in Paris

Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Nicolas Bombrum as partner in the corporate team, based in Paris, marking a further step in the continued growth of the corporate practice’s global footprint.

Nicolas is an established lawyer with close to 35 years of experience in French and international private and public M&A and LBO transactions. His clients, most of whom he has advised for many years, include industrial groups, some of which are listed, investment funds and foreign government related entities. Nicolas has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, particularly nuclear, and the technology/biotech sectors, as well as in the hotel and leisure sectors.
