Global law firm Ashurst has advised Toll, a logistics and global freight forwarding network spanning 150 countries, on its exit from a joint venture with Hong Kong based freight forwarder Cargo Services.
Toll has completed the sale of its minority interest in its joint venture with Cargo Services including the sale of its minority stake in Cargo Services (Logistics) Limited to DP World Limited. Following the transaction, Toll completes its exit from its joint venture with Cargo Services.
