The Salisbury City Centre is transforming…

The City of Salisbury will be moving to the new Community Hub building within the Salisbury City Centre. The Salisbury Community Hub will be a place for the community to come together in modern and contemporary facilities including civic spaces, a gallery, learning and information facilities, council chambers and office space.

Due to the transition to the Hub, we are offering council-owned assets to community groups for their use at no cost, providing they can demonstrate how the community will benefit from the use of the asset(s). This process has been endorsed by our Elected Members and is guided by the ,

Eligibility criteria

To submit a request for an asset, the organisation must meet the following criteria:

  • The organisation must be a registered charity and/or cooperative whose profits are not earned for or dispersed to individual members/owners.
  • All of the money earned by or donated to the organisation must be used to pursue the organisation’s objectives and keep it running.
  • The organisation must be Incorporated.
  • The organisation must operate or deliver services within the City of Salisbury.
