Dutton Park detectives investigating a house fire at Coorparoo on October 1 have charged a man with four counts of attempted murder.
A 39-year-old Wynnum West man is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, October 5 where he will also face one charge of arson, one charge of enter dwelling with intent and two charges of enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
At about 3am on October 1 emergency services attended a Kitchener Street home to find the premises well alight.
The four occupants, a man and woman both aged in their 40s and two children, escaped the fire with varying non-life-threatening injuries.
