The 12th annual Mayor’s Christmas Carols is only weeks away, and we are Telling Everybody about the star-studded line up set to take to the stage this year.
The headline act will be Human Nature – one of the world’s top pop-vocal groups with three decades of performing on the international stage.
The Mayor’s Christmas Carols presented by Village Roadshow Theme Parks is being held at the HOTA Outdoor Stage and HOTA Parklands on Saturday 2 December.
Human Nature are ARIA Hall of Famers and multi-award-winning artists. They will be joined by the following performers adding their bit of Christmas cheer:
- Lily Grace – a young Gold Coast singer and songwriter who has supported various Australian and international artists, and has just returned home from Nashville, USA
- The internationally recognised Brisbane City Gospel Choir
- The family-favourite Warner Bros. Movie World’s Looney Tunes Christmas Show to keep the kids entertained
- A visit from Santa & more!
Hosted by 7NEWS Gold Coast presenters Amanda Abate and Steve Titmus, and 1029 Hot Tomato’s Emily Jade O’Keeffe and Galey, the evening will start at 6pm and finish at 9pm with a fireworks finale that will undoubtedly light up your night!
“Set your alarms for Monday and Tuesday next week when free tickets are released for this incredible Christmas event,” said Mayor Tom Tate.
“It’s going to be a fun-filled night at HOTA with the parklands also being activated. There will be large screens and a whole range of family entertainment and food trucks along with our talented line-up including the one and only Human Nature.”
There are limited free tickets available from 9am Monday 20 November and 9am Tuesday 21 November for those who want to watch the show on the lawn at the HOTA Outdoor Stage. Ticket limits do apply.
Tickets are not required for the HOTA Parklands and gates open from 4pm.
