The Sydney Roosters are set to mark a historic moment, playing and winning the first Australian Rugby League game in Las Vegas, and to commemorate this significant event, the player issued jerseys from the debut Vegas match will be signed and auctioned at Lloyds Auctions on Monday 4th March.
“This is an extraordinary opportunity to bid on authentic Roosters player jerseys, signed by the respective player from the very first Rugby League Vegas match,” said Mr. Lee Hames, Chief Operations Officer for Lloyds Auctions.
The auction will feature a jersey from each player alongside two special team signed jerseys from the entire Roosters team.
“This auction is expected to draw attention from not only Sydney Roosters fans or Australians but also from sporting enthusiasts in Nevada,” continued Mr. Hames.
“Sydney Roosters Members and supporters will have the chance to own their very own limited-edition player-issued jerseys from our Round 1 clash against the Brisbane Broncos in Las Vegas!” said the Sydney Roosters on their website.
These unique jerseys are not available for retail purchase and will feature a unique Las Vegas logo above the Club’s logo – so this is the only chance for fans to capture a piece of Roosters history!
