As part of Library Lovers’ Day on 14 February, Hawkesbury Library Service will present author Clare Fletcher on her debut novel – Five Bush Weddings.

The novel, which captures the heartbeat of rural Australia, is an uplifting romantic comedy about looking for love, second chances, and “what really matters when the bouquet has been thrown, the swag’s been rolled up and the party’s over”.

Clare Fletcher grew up in regional Queensland and studied journalism and business at QUT in Brisbane. She spent a few years freelancing and falling in love in New York. Now she lives in Sydney where she manages communications for the Walkley Foundation. Clare is currently working on her second novel.
