–South Kuta’s famous Henry’s Grill & Bar has teamed up with Bali’s leading steak chef, Danny Chaney, taking premium dry-aged fire-grilled steak to the next level.
Bringing nineteen years of experience, Chef Daniel H. Chaney has sourced some of the US and Australia’s finest imported beef, paired with locally grown produce and all matched with Henry’s signature drinks.
Tuna Crudo from the finest quality source
“It’s got to be great. We are aiming for a simple with elegant combination of the best of imported Beef and our local Bali grower’s quality produce. Our steak seasonings are made from my personal blend of spices, adding texture and lifting the profile of our meat. Even our salt is locally sourced from near Keramas Beach,” says Chef Danny.
Henry’s will celebrate its first birthday in March, and Chef Danny and his team will be celebrating in style with a month of half price Dining. “What better way to get our great customers to re-unite with Henry’s and test out the new menu,” says Chef Danny.
Aside from the famous dry-aged beef, the Henry’s updated menu takes diners to a whole new level. Crab Cake, Tuna Ceviche and specialist Wagyu Beef to Australian Blue Mussels complements the dining experience. Dessert lovers are catered for with the addition of Raspberry Sorbet and Rum Caramel Ice Cream as some of the newcomers on the menu.
