The boil water notice in place for Fishery Falls area has been lifted.
Testing has confirmed that the reticulation network and water complies with Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
Council thanks residents in the affected area for their patience and cooperation.
Consumers are reminded that the boil water notice in the Bartle Frere Scheme area (the small community in the Bartle Frere and Woopen Creek area) remains in place until further notice.
Cairns Regional Council apologises for any inconvenience and will provide updates as they become available.
