Kempsey Shire Council
Kempsey Shire Council will be removing and replacing the 24 solar bollards located amongst the car parking spaces in the centre of Elbow Street from Kemp Street to Tozer Street commencing on Monday 30 October 2023 and with an expected completion date of 1 November 2023.
Elbow street will remain open with minimal disruptions and with some car parking spaces being unavailable at different times throughout the works. Traffic control will be onsite.
