Today’s announcement is a direct result of the recently launched Territory Aviation Attraction Scheme, which was specifically designed to improve aviation access and connectivity to the Northern Territory.

Boosting commercial aviation services to and from the Northern Territory is a priority of the Territory Labor Government.

These new flights will make it more affordable for tourists to visit the Northern Territory, and will directly grow visitor economies in the Top End and Central Australia.

The flights will also have a positive impact on the liveability of the Territory, with locals now having access to more affordable flights to new locations.
