New industrial lots have been released in the strategically located Orion Industrial Park, near Henderson.
Released by offers invited, Stage 3 lots range from 2,338 square metres to 1.5 hectares, with the offer period closing Thursday, 22 August 2024.
Construction has already commenced on the lots, with titles expected in the second quarter of 2025.
The 95 hectare industrial park is well placed to service the world-class Australian Marine Complex and industries in the wider Western Trade Coast, offering a significant strategic advantage to businesses in the freight, logistics, warehousing, fabrication and engineering industries.

As stated by Lands Minister John Carey:
“Newly released industrial lots within the Orion Industrial Park will continue to support the Cook Labor Government’s efforts to diversify the Western Australian economy.
“The Orion Industrial Park is strategically located within WA’s premium industrial corridor, which is home to a growing number of projects and industries of State significance creating hundreds of local jobs.
“DevelopmentWA’s Industrial Lands Authority completed construction of Stage 1 lots in 2023, with several businesses now operational and a number of builds currently underway.
“Once complete, the 95ha industrial park will accommodate 61 new businesses, bolstering the Cook Government’s Global Advanced Industries Hub project and other initiatives within the Western Trade Coast.”

“The Orion Industrial Park is located within the Latitude 32 Industry Zone, which is ideally positioned between Fremantle and Kwinana and connected to key transportation routes and planned transport infrastructure upgrades.”
