Police have released CCTV of two men they wish to speak to in relation to a Molendinar car-yard that was broken into on Saturday May 4, where three vehicles were destroyed by fire.
Around 1.00am, two men forced entry to a car-yard on Industrial Avenue, which is used by a tow-company to secure damaged vehicles retrieved from traffic accidents.
Investigations indicate that the men unlawfully entered several vehicles, before one of the men unlawfully operated a 2010 Ford Transit ice-cream van within the car-yard before setting it on fire, which quickly spread to a neighbouring 2008 Jeep Cherokee and 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia.
The men then fled the scene on foot.
Firefighters attended and extinguished the blaze. All three vehicles were destroyed.
The men are described as Caucasian in appearance and are believed to be aged in their 20s.
Police urge anyone who may have information as to the identity of the two men depicted in this vision, to contact them:
