Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Brookton on Friday, 8 March 2024.
About 1pm, a black Indian Challenger motorcycle was travelling west on the Brookton Highway, when approximately 2.5kms from the Brookton town centre, the motorcycle left the road and struck a tree.
The 77-year-old male rider of the motorcycle sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
