The builders will bring to life the architecturally designed schools that will inspire learning, change and empower communities, and remove barriers to achievement.
The state-of-the-art schools will cater to the diverse needs of all Victorian students, providing what they need to thrive and encouraging them to actively engage with their education.
The Labor Government has invested $6.1 billion to deliver new primary and secondary schools, upgrade more than 1,400 existing ones and create over 7,500 construction jobs across the state.
The Labor Government is building the Education State so that every student can access a great local school and get a great education.
As noted by Minister for Education James Merlino
“We know that Victoria’s population is booming, which is why we’re building 100 new schools and upgrading even more schools to meet the needs of our growing communities.”
“This exciting appointment means families across the state are a step closer to getting the great local school facilities their kids need to thrive.”
