Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance following a burglary and theft in Melbourne.
Investigators have been told a man and a woman entered an apartment block on St Kilda Road about 10.30pm on 20 November.
Once inside the building the pair have made their way to the underground car park where they have broken into a vehicle and stolen cash, cards, a mobile phone, designer sunglasses and a distinctive European style licence plate VAF-558.
The pair then left the building.
The stolen cards were then used at a nearby service station and fast-food restaurant.
The first offender is perceived to be male, 30-35 years-old, 162 centimetres tall with a solid build and olive complexion.
He was wearing a grey Nike hooded top, black shoes and has a distinctive tattoo on his left calf.
The second offender is perceived to be female, 30-35 years-old with a medium build and olive complexion.
She was wearing a grey hooded top, denim shorts with white sneakers and has a tattoo over her left eye.
Investigators have released CCTV footage and images of a man and a woman they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
