Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Burrup during the early hours of this morning, Sunday 11 June 2023.
About 3.45am, a gold Nissan Patrol was travelling north on Burrup Road near the Nickol Bay Speedway when the vehicle left the road and rolled several times.
The driver, a 24-year-old man sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene. Two male passengers, aged 23 and 27 years, were not injured.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or the gold Nissan Patrol travelling in the area prior to the crash, and urge anyone with information relating to this incident to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au
