8 November 2021| Landcare Australia is calling for speakers and presentation abstracts for the 2022 ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Landcare Conference.
Hosted by Landcare champion and ABC TV presenter Costa Georgiadis, the event will be held in Sydney from 23-25 August at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour. The conference will also be streamed online for delegates who can’t make it to Sydney.
The conference this year had over 3,000 people participate and attracted a global audience of people interested in environmental conservation and sustainable land management.
This year’s theme is “Power of Landcare | Shaping Our Future.” It will offer opportunities to discuss innovations and changes to Landcare practice and affirm the importance of looking to the future when addressing the issues and opportunities open to Landcare. Presenters need to explore how their submission ties in with the 2022 theme.
