Can-do 24/7 service earns Hydraulink franchisee Chris Sheather plaudits from Far North Qld customers

One of the latest franchise owners of the national Hydraulink network, Chris Sheather of Hydraulink Innisfail, is having an immediate impact with his Cassowary Coast customers by delivering on-site service 24/7 to keep vital machinery in operation for its owners.

“That’s what they need up here, on-site work as soon as possible to maximise uptime. I find that after I turn out immediately on a Saturday, for example, and do a good job, they just keep me on for future jobs,” says Chris, who has wide heavy vehicle mechanical experience including more than a decade’s expertise of hose and fitting replacement and other critical vehicle and machinery maintenance tasks.

His knowledge of the Hydraulink hose and fitting service is based on five years’ experience with the group, which he says is widely respected in Far North Queensland, not only for the standards of its work – and uniformly compliance and safety standards – but also for its speedy order response, typically being able to deliver parts the next day.
