During the Easter long weekend, some changes will occur to public transport, waste collection, library opening hours and the Domestic Animal Services facility.
Public transport:
The following Transport Canberra bus timetable and light rail frequency will be in effect this Easter long weekend.
Friday 15 April, Sunday 17 April and Monday 18 April will run to a Sunday (public holiday) bus timetable and light rail frequency. Saturday 16 April will operate to the regular Saturday timetable and light rail frequency.

Domestic Animal Services:
The Domestic Animal Services shelter at Symonston will be closed on Good Friday 15 April 2022 and Easter Monday 18 April 2022. Rangers will continue to respond to any call outs and residents can call Access Canberra on 13 22 81 to report a dog attack or injured dog or cat.
Libraries ACT:
All library branches & return chutes are closed over Easter from Good Friday 15 April until Easter Monday 18 April 2022 inclusive.
Online services will remain available for library users.
All library branches and chutes will open as normal on Tuesday 19 April 2022.
Waste collection:
Due to the Good Friday public holiday, bin collections scheduled in suburbs on Friday 15 April 2022 will occur the following day on Saturday 16 April 2022.
