Southern Road Policing Sergeant Conan Robertson said “NT Police has committed to having more police on our roads and we can be anywhere, anytime.
“I ask that the community works with us, talk with friends and family about the risks, and understand that there are often serious or fatal consequences when things go wrong on our roads.
“If road users choose to engage in bad practices you will be arrested, charged and brought before the courts.
“Please make safe decisions.”
