Our customer service centres will be closed on the Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Our regular operation hours of 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, will remain in place for non-public holiday dates.

Libraries
Our libraries will have reduced opening hours over the holiday period. .
Returns chutes will be available at all libraries and items can be renewed online.
Leisure facilities
Burnley Golf Course and our leisure and recreation centres will have modified opening hours, as will group fitness timetables over the holiday period. .
Bin collections and recycling centre
This year, Christmas Day falls on a Monday. This means there is a change to waste and recycling collections during Christmas Week.
There will be no collection on Monday 25 December. All collections for that week will be one day behind, with Friday’s pick-up moved to Saturday (see table below).
Our recycling drop-off centre in Clifton Hill will operate on an adjusted schedule over the holiday period. .
