The Christmas season is a chance to spend quality time with family and friends, to cherish what you have in life and look forward to the coming year.
Take the opportunity to rest, relax and recharge, if you can.
For many of us, Christmas is a time we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and give thanks for the joys we have in life – be it family and friends, the sports we play, the hobbies we enjoy or this beautiful place we call home.
Christmas is also a time to think of others. You could donate to a charity or another worthy cause, for example, to send some Christmas cheer to those doing it tough this festive season.
And don’t forget to reach out to people who might be lonely at this time of the year.
If you are travelling, please be careful and stay safe when out and about on the roads.
Take care when enjoying the great outdoors, be sun smart, and if you are boating or swimming, check the conditions and keep safe.
