CIMIC Group company, and wholly owned subsidiary of CPB Contractors, Broad Construction (Broad), has been selected by the Queensland Government to deliver stages 1 and 2 of the new Inner City South State Secondary College in Dutton Park, Brisbane.
The project will generate revenue of approximately $110 million to the CIMIC Group.

The new educational facilities include learning hubs, creative hub, multipurpose hall, administration and staff centre, canteen and health and wellbeing hub, learning plaza, outdoor areas, outdoor court, car-park, pick up and drop off zone and end of trip facilities.
Work on the Inner City South State Secondary College is scheduled to commence in 2019 and be completed in 2021.
The new school adds to Broad’s portfolio of social infrastructure projects. In Queensland, these range from education projects, including Yarrabilba State High School, to the re-development of the Kingaroy Hospital.
