Calling community organisations in need of support – applications for ClubGRANTS are opening.
“ClubGRANTS is an initiative from the NSW Government and ClubsNSW to provide funding for community development projects and services through local clubs, which generously support programs that benefit our community,” said City of Canada Bay’s Deputy Mayor Stephanie Di Pasqua.
The City of Canada Bay 2022 ClubGRANTS Category 1 round open on Monday, 16 May and close Sunday, 12 June 2022.
This year, the City of Canada Bay is looking for programs that provide inclusive opportunities for people of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Some other priorities include health and wellbeing programs that address social inequities for children, young people and families, as well as programs and partnerships that support active ageing through access to health and fitness programs, cultural programs and community development activities. Youth activities, and programs that encourage participation and wellbeing among children and their parents are also a focus.
“We want to promote accessibility, health and wellbeing in the City of Canada Bay, so I thank the local community groups that are striving to improve the quality of life of our residents through their programs. If you’re part of a community organisation in need of support, I encourage you to submit an application,” said Deputy Mayor Di Pasqua.
