Grants totalling more than $63,000 have been allocated to community organisations as part of Mosman Council’s annual Community Grants program.
Mosman Symphony Orchestra, Taldumande Youth Services, Mosman Parks and Bushland, Raise Foundation and Lifeline Northern Beaches are among the 23 organisations to receive up to $4000 in grants.
An additional amount of $3,250 has been provided to St Clements Church, Mosman, for Carols by Candlelight 2020 should the event proceed in compliance with NSW public health orders and with Council approval, as well as a further $2,000 to Mosman Symphony Orchestra.
This year 31 applications were received and assessed, including nine applications from organisations that had not previously been funded by Council’s Community Grants program.
