These days, most of us are reliant of mobile phones and internet for work, education, emergency information, and to keep in contact with friends and family. We know these services vary in their reliability, accessibility and consistency across our Shire.
We’re seeking input from the community to help us better understand your experience and identify what these issues are. We’re after information about ‘where’ and ‘when’ you’re experiencing issues with mobile connectivity or nbn access.
The information we receive from you will support our advocacy efforts to telecommunications providers and the Victorian and Australian Governments for better infrastructure, and a system that’s stronger in the face of natural disasters.
