Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Coondle, near Toodyay, yesterday, Wednesday 9 November 2022.
About 9.25am, a white Toyota Hilux and a white Mitsubishi Triton collided on Bindi Bindi-Toodyay Road.
The driver of the Toyota, a 68-year-old man, was airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to hospital with serious injuries.
The sole passenger of the Toyota, a 23-year-old woman, died at the scene.
The driver and sole occupant of the Mitsubishi, a 27-year-old man, was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
