Omicron BA.4/BA.5 sub-variants still dominant in Victoria
The most recent wastewater testing results show Omicron BA.4 and BA.5 sub-variants remain the dominant strains in Victoria.
The BA.4/BA.5 sub-variants were detected in 89 per cent of clinical genomic samples in the two weeks to 28 July and in 87 per cent of all wastewater detections to 21 July.
